Walk • Talk • Tea

A Therapist-Led Outdoor Wellness Walk for Women

Fresh air, gentle movement, and unhurried conversation can be incredibly restorative. Our next series begins in February.

Walk • Talk • Tea is a small, therapist-led wellness gathering created for women who want to slow down, reflect, and reset outdoors in nature.

Each gathering includes an easy walk on a local trail, guided reflection prompts, and thoughtfully crafted herbal tea shared together at the close of our time.

Meet Your Guide

Hi, I’m Enjonae — a licensed therapist and the founder of Mended Hearts Counseling. I created Walk • Talk • Tea to bring together gentle movement, reflection, and the restorative power of time outdoors. I’ve always loved the connection and growth that happen in small group spaces, and this work is one of my favorite ways to support women. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me blending herbal teas, tending bees and chickens on our small farm, or driving my kids to all the places life takes us. I’m honored to hold this space and walk alongside you.

Spots are intentionally limited to keep the group personal and relaxed and registration is required.

Walks take place throughout the Piedmot Triad area. Specific locations are shared after registration.
