Join us at the Triad Prenatal Summit!!!
We are a little over a week away from the Triad Prenatal Summit! I am looking forward to sharing information with you all. I have had several people inquire of what I will be speaking about. The presentation I will be doing is “Life With New Baby”. This will educate individuals of the emotional challenges of adjusting to life with a new baby. We will explore normal adjustments, the myths of motherhood, postpartum blues, postpartum depression and other postpartum mood disorders. We will also cover a variety of self-care and healing strategies. This information will be beneficial to expectant moms, new moms and those close to them. If you have a burning question contact me ASAP and I will do my best to answer your question at the summit.
The summit is presented by High Point Chiropractic and will feature speakers from various health disciplines, all focused around the prenatal, birth and postpartum woman.
