Take a look at the infographic posted below. Is any of the data surprising to you? “More than 90% of children and adolensents who commit suicide have a mental disorder”.
Studies show that especially with children and teens, a combination of medication and pyschotherapy is more effective than medication alone when treating a range of problems including depression. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, take in this “word picture”, and then think about what you can do to help change some of these statistics.
