Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend, Christian psychologists, offer biblically based answers to these tough questions as they show us how to set healthy boundaries with our parents, our spouses, our children, our friends, our coworkers, and even ourselves.
A boundary is a personal property line that marks those things for which we are responsible. In other words, boundaries define who we are and who we are not. They impact all areas of our lives.
This class on Boundaries is a journey of discovery and practical application. As a participant, you’ll learn to live your life more fully, with less stress and display Christ’s love more freely.
